Yes. There is no minimum on our side, and a small first order is often the sensible way to start: it proves the factory before you commit volume. Factory minimums are a separate thing and they are real, but we can consolidate orders or work through stock products to get a small run made, and the same team takes you on to repeat orders and full containers.
For a UK delivered goods order, we agree who sells and imports the goods, and how duty and VAT are handled, before dispatch. A UK VAT invoice on a domestic sale is different from the import VAT evidence issued to the importer. Any VAT recovery depends on your business and the transaction; ask your finance team to check it.
Roughly two months door to door by sea (including customs and delivery at both ends), or about two weeks by air.
A UK China sourcing agent finds and checks Chinese factories for you, negotiates price and minimum order, manages samples and production, inspects the goods before shipment and arranges delivery, so you deal with one UK company instead of an overseas supplier. For custom or OEM products we agree your specification, work through it with suitable factories and review their quotes with you. We are a UK-registered company (Companies House 14385590) with our own staff in China, and we take no commission or kickbacks from factories on your order.
